The cooking class is conducted at Quoc Linh Eco Village, a 5000m2 site dedicated to nature and sustainable farming. Fun for all ages, the class is best suited to those looking for something different.

Go To Market:    by Rocky                 Experience the sights, sounds and smells of a local Hoi An market and interact with the stall owners.
Meet Our Friends: dogs plus fish feeding.
Pick Fresh Herbs:
Pick fresh herbs and organic vegetables from our garden to use in your dishes.

The tour runs twice daily – 8:30am / 2:30pm and lasts for 4-5 hours.

09:00 Test rest and preparation herbs by Chef Rocky (about 30 minutes) 
09:30 Head to Quoc Linh Eco Village. you can take in the beautiful views of garden and discover medicinetal vegatables
10:00  Enjoy an ice cold glass of freshly squeezed passion fruit juice and explore the village.
10:30 Let the cooking class begin! Be entertained by Rocky and unleash your inner Vietnamese chef.
12:00 Send your tastebuds on an incredible, sensory journey and be amazed by what you've created with your hands.
14:30 Return to the hotel and tell the world about your newly found love for Vietnamese cuisine.

Item 1: Cha Gio (Hoi An Deep Fried Spring rolls)

Fresh Rice Paper Salad Rolls with tofu with a tangy, peanut Hoisin dipping sauce.

Item 2: Banh xeo (Hoi An rice pancake)

Crispy Vietnamese Crepes filled with tofu, bean sprouts, and green onion. Served with lettuce leaves, fresh herbs and water.

Item 3: Mango Salad or Papaya Salad
Mangoes, shallots, peanuts, cilantro, mint, tofu, sesame seeds, chillies, garlic, lime juice, soy sauce, oil, and palm sugar.
