The tour runs twice daily – 8:30am / 2:30pm and lasts for 4-5 hours.

10:30 | Let the cooking class begin! Be entertained by Rocky and unleash your inner Vietnamese chef. |
12:00 | Send your tastebuds on an incredible, sensory journey and be amazed by what you've created with your hands. |
14:30 | Return to the hotel and tell the world about your newly found love for Vietnamese cuisine. |

Item 1: Cha Gio (Hoi An Deep Fried Spring rolls)
Fresh Rice Paper Salad Rolls with tofu with a tangy, peanut Hoisin dipping sauce.
Item 2: Banh xeo (Hoi An rice pancake)
Crispy Vietnamese Crepes filled with tofu, bean sprouts, and green onion. Served with lettuce leaves, fresh herbs and water.
Item 3: Mango Salad or Papaya Salad
Mangoes, shallots, peanuts, cilantro, mint, tofu, sesame seeds, chillies, garlic, lime juice, soy sauce, oil, and palm sugar.
